"strange" key in the Registry

I found a "strange" key in the Registry, namely " HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\C07ft5Y" with subkey "WinXP" and value "SafeDisc RefCount". Does anybody know what is this key for ?

C07ft5Y key has this in it for data "SafeDisc RefCount".
The keys under C07ft5Y are software programs that I have installed, mostly games.
I'm assuming that C07ft5Y key is related to CD-ROM Copy Protection (SafeDisc) http://www.macrovision.com/solutions/software/cdrom/
